Hi, welcome I try to be as lenient as I possible can, and I do not ask alot from you members all I ask is,

Be a team player, listen to your factionites you may have an idea but they may have a better idea
be open and take everything into consideration!

Be ready for rough times, no faction is solid Ave will have its bad and good days members will leave and join,
but all I ask is for your loyalty, I know from experience people will leave a faction because they feel ignored,
they don't recieve the help/attention they need/desire.
